I’m Morgan Gilliam, a tech founder turned performance and wellness coach.
Dad to 3 beautiful children that strive daily to become better at their sports - dance and soccer.
Soccer Coach and Director to advise and mentor over 8 youth coaches.
Co-founder of Postgame.ai an app that helps youth athletes work on improving their mental strength side of the sport.
MISSION
To empower executives, leadership teams, and high-performing professionals to reclaim their health, optimize their energy, and elevate their performance—helping organizations thrive by building leaders who are physically strong, mentally resilient, and strategically focused.
After 5 years as a tech founder in the ecommerce and supply chain industry I switched over to help companies and tech employees get their health back. Too many people are sitting at desks for hours on end programming, answering calls, pounding junk food and energy drinks basically killing themselves slowly. And this is all on top of the stress and grind for everyone involved. I have spent over 3 years putting together programs, shifts and more to help people get their health back.
